Query a Task

Query a video generation task by ID. The ID must be the public BeLive Studio task_id returned by the create endpoint; the gateway maps it to the upstream MiniMax task internally.

Tasks are retained for 7 days based on UTC time. Video URLs are temporary; download or transfer them after a successful response.

`task` fields

Field	Type	Description
`id`	string	Public BeLive Studio task ID.
`model`	string	Model used for the task, such as `MiniMax-H3`.
`status`	string	`queued`, `running`, `succeeded`, `failed`, or `cancelled`.
`created_at` / `updated_at`	integer	Unix timestamp in seconds.
`content.url`	string	Temporary video download URL, returned for successful video tasks.
`resolution`	string	Output resolution.
`duration`	integer	Output duration in seconds.
`ratio`	string	Output aspect ratio; use this field when the input ratio was adaptive.
`task_type`	string	`generation` for this create endpoint; the official API may also return `regeneration` or `h3_context_ir`.
`modality`	string	`video` for video tasks.
`error`	object	Failure or cancellation details with `code` and `message`.

`usage` fields

Field	Description
`total_seconds`	Total metered seconds, usually input plus output seconds.
`input_seconds`	Reference video input seconds.
`output_seconds`	Output video seconds.
`input_image_count`	Number of input images, including first frame, last frame, and reference images.
`input_audio_seconds`	Reference audio input seconds; may be omitted when no reference audio is used.
`total_tokens`	Total token count.
`prompt_tokens`	Input token count.
`completion_tokens`	Output token count.

Polling guidance

Poll every 3–10 seconds. Continue polling for queued or running; download content.url on succeeded; stop and read error.message on failed or cancelled.

Common errors

HTTP status	Meaning
`400`	Missing/invalid `task_id`, task not found, or task is outside the 7-day query window.
`401`	Missing or invalid `Authorization`.
`429`	Query request was rate limited.
`500`	Upstream or gateway internal error.
